The Grooming Company (TGC) is the parent company of three unique grooming concepts founded in the UAE – N.Bar, the Middle East’s first chain of nail treatment bars, 1847, the region's first brand of dedicated grooming lounges for men, JetSet, the region's first ‘wash and blow dry’ hair care concept, and Tilia & Finn, a distinctive & unique beauty lounge which combines grooming and beauty services under one roof. A full-fledged division, WellBe, serves as the company's distribution arm for premium retail grooming products.

Since its inception, Founder and CEO, Negin Fattahi-Dasmal, has led The Grooming Company to be a key player in the region's grooming industry, a fact which is attested by the many accolades the company has received to date. These include the Al Tamooh award for ‘Best Service Quality’ (for N.Bar) from the government banking sector in 2004, the Small Business of the Year award (for N.Bar) at the Arabian Business Awards and the coveted Emirates Woman ‘Best Nail Bar’ (N.Bar) award, both in 2005, the title of ‘Best Nail Bar’ (for N.Bar) at the prestigious VIVA Beauty Awards 2007 and most recently named ‘Nail Salon of the Year’ at the Orchid Beauty Awards . Such honours continue to pour in with the recent nomination of 1847 in the ‘Bespoke Escape’ and ‘Spa for Men of the year’ categories in Bespoke Ultimate Awards 2007 and AsiaSpa Awards 2007 respectively
